When you register, you get full access to every feature in EstatePilot for 30 days — no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using the platform. Your data is saved and waiting for you.
EstatePilot includes 53 forms covering TREC promulgated contracts and addenda, TAR/TXR library forms, and brokerage guidance documents. This includes the One to Four Family Residential Contract (20-18), Seller's Disclosure Notice (55-0), Third Party Financing Addendum (40-11), Information About Brokerage Services (IABS 1-2), HOA addenda, lead-based paint disclosures, listing agreements, buyer rep agreements, and many more.
Upload your executed contract as a PDF, Word document, or text file. Our AI reads the document and extracts key transaction data — names, addresses, prices, dates, license numbers, and more — directly into your Master Data Form. From there, that data auto-fills into every applicable form in your transaction.
Our conflict detection system flags the discrepancy and shows you exactly what differs. You choose how to resolve it: keep the existing data, apply the new data to one form only, or update it across all forms. You're always in control.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure servers. Each user can only access their own transactions — our system enforces strict ownership checks on every request. We never share your data with third parties.
Absolutely. Every field on every form is editable. If you change a field that was auto-filled from your Master Data Form, the system will alert you to the inconsistency and let you decide whether to update the master record or keep the change on that form only.
Yes. EstatePilot integrates with DocuSign so you can send documents for electronic signature directly from the Document Management tab — no need to download, upload to another platform, and track it separately.
Yes. You can download any individual form as a filled-in PDF, or download all forms at once as a ZIP file. The downloaded PDFs include all of your current data — they're ready to print, email, or file.
EstatePilot is a web-based platform that works in any modern browser. While it's optimized for desktop use, you can access it from your phone or tablet in a pinch.
When you create a transaction, you select whether your client is the buyer or the seller. EstatePilot automatically adjusts which side of the forms your profile information populates. You can run buyer-side and seller-side transactions simultaneously.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription page. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Not at all — EstatePilot was built with new agents in mind. The expert chat acts like a supervising broker in your pocket, guiding you through each step of the transaction. It tells you which forms you need, what deadlines to watch, and what to do next. Our User Guide walks you through everything from setting up your profile to closing your first deal.
You can reach us anytime through the Contact page. We also have a built-in User Guide accessible from every page in the platform, and the expert chat can answer most transaction-related questions on the spot.
We'd love to hear it. There's a Suggestion button at the bottom of every page inside the platform. We review every submission weekly.
